the consultant is expected to be able to gather and understand client’s requirements, map the requirements to HP product portfolio (Service Center/Service Manager), design, customize, implement and integrate solutions. HP IT Service Management (ITSM) includes Enterprise Systems and network Management, IT service Management, configuration Management and performance Optimization based on HP SW products portfolio and ITIL Service Management processes

- Profil recherché
Computing or similar subject engineering degree 3 or more years experience Software and development experience in Java or C++ Competence in scripting, e.g. in Perl, Unix Shell-Scripting or VBscript on windows Competence in relational database, e.g. SQL-Language, MS-SQO or Oracle Administration Good understanding of: web-servers, application servers, networking, firewalls, load balancing Knowledge in reporting tools for example Business objects would be a great advantage Leadership and Organization commands Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Customer focused attitude and a strong team player Experience in international work environment Fluent in French and English
